    under Indonesian law; or

  • If the above requirements cannot be satisfied, we will obtain your explicit consent before transferring your personal data outside Indonesia, where required by applicable law.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law.

Personal data submitted through the Contact Us form is retained for a period of five (5) years from the date of submission, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

the relevant service provider’s retention settings.
